306 Dental

Looking for a Full Time RDH!

306 Dental is a privately owned general practice in Regina, and we’re looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, supportive team. We take a patient-focused approach, which means you get the time and tools to do hygiene properly.

The role

• Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a one-hour lunch
• No evenings or weekends

What we offer

• $48–$56 per hour, depending on skill set and experience
• $2,000 signing bonus
• Bonus program planned to start in summer 2027
• Full dental benefits and a Health Care Spending Account, with comprehensive coverage for you and your family
• Paid continuing education to help you grow your skills
• Licence, malpractice insurance and CPR paid by us, so you don’t sweat the annual fees
• Yearly scrubs allowance, because we believe in look good, feel good, do good
• Monthly team meal at Earls on us, during work hours. We close early, hold our team meeting over the meal, and everyone still gets home an hour earlier than usual
• Two office shutdowns every year: closed between Christmas and New Year’s to recharge with friends and family, and again the first week of August so you can enjoy the summer sun

What we’re looking for:

• Registration, or eligibility for registration, with the College of Dental Hygienists of Saskatchewan
• Someone who is great with patients and a good teammate
• Dentrix experience is an asset but not required
• New grads are welcome to apply!
