Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
July & August Fridays: 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM
• Benefits: Uniform allowance, bonus, and benefits available after 6 months of employment
• Start Date: June 2025

Qualifications:
• Registered Dental Hygienist with a valid license to practice in Saskatchewan
• Experience in a dental clinic setting (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for patient care and contributing to a positive, modern clinic environment

We are looking for a full time or part time hygienist to join our growing clinic at YXE Dental 8th Street, as one of our hygienists is moving back home. A hygienist that is friendly, dependable and hard-working would make a great addition to our current team. The ideal hygienist for our team would pride themself in providing an excellent patient experience, and be passionate about improving their patients oral health!

We believe in providing exceptional patient care and therefore we offer 90 minute new patient appointments, 75 minute 1 year recall appointments, and 60 minute appointments for 6 month scaling. Our hygienists appreciate the time we book for our hygiene appointments as the timings above provide adequate time for great patient care and to build relationships with their patients without feeling rushed all day long.

Appointment times are based on the individual patient’s needs which are determined by the hygienist. We offer the latest technology which includes digital X-rays, digital charts, cavitrons, intraoral cameras and operator preference on instruments/sharpening/replacement. Our spacious/enclosed operatories provide a comfortable working environment. We have a dental assistant available to aid in charting and other needs. iPads are used for digital consent and health history forms. Instruments are done by our steri technician. Patient cancellations are quickly filled by our admin team.
